“Fiscal Ship” was a unique challenge of translating complex concepts and data from the subject matter experts from Brookings into a compelling experience that can be used to help explain the concept of federal budgets to laypeople. I worked closely with designers and subject matter experts to explore numerous concept layouts, before settling on the ship metaphor.
